- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Simply email us at support@norbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you step by step.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of opened or used beauty items.
- International customers: return shipping fees apply unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
